Ride or Wheelie terms of use
1. Who we are

2. Accepting these terms
By using the game, you accept these terms and acknowledge that you have read the privacy policy. The game is free to download and offers in-app purchases and optional ad videos.
3. Age and minors
The game asks for your year of birth on first launch. Under 13, the profile is restricted: no purchases, no ad videos and no public profile. From 13 to 17, every purchase requires a parental code and is subject to a monthly limit chosen by the parent (€0, €10, €20 or €50, €20 by default).
4. Account
A guest account is created on first launch. You must link it to a Google or Apple account before your first purchase, so you can recover it on another phone. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
5. Coins and game content
Coins are a virtual currency specific to the game. They are earned by playing or purchased. They cannot be exchanged between players, converted into money or transferred outside the game. Coins and game content are granted to you as a personal right of use, not as property.
6. Purchases
Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, which collect payment and apply their own terms. The price shown by the store prevails. The content of each offer is shown before purchase. No purchase contains randomly awarded items. If a purchase is refunded by the store, the corresponding coins or content may be taken back, even if this makes your balance negative.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after purchase to withdraw from a coin purchase, for coins you have not spent. Requests go through the store that collected the payment. If you have any difficulty, write to us at support@avilostudio.com.
8. Club Rider
Club Rider is a monthly subscription with no commitment, renewed automatically until cancelled. You manage and cancel it in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store, at least 24 hours before renewal. It stays active until the end of the paid period.
9. Rewarded videos
Videos are always the player's choice and limited per day. The reward is credited after verification by our server, and is not guaranteed if the video is not watched to the end or if the daily limit has been reached.
10. Rules of conduct
You must not cheat, modify the game or its exchanges with our servers, exploit a bug for advantage, sell or trade an account, choose an abusive, hateful or misleading username, or harass other players. You can report a username or a ghost from within the game.
11. Your in-game content
Your username, scores, ghosts and, depending on your setting, your replays may be shown to other players. You authorise us to use them to run the game for as long as the service exists. Replays are controlled in the game settings.
12. Sanctions
If these terms are breached, we may remove a username, cancel a score or undue winnings, or suspend or close an account. The sanction is proportionate to the breach. You can contest it at support@avilostudio.com.
13. Availability and changes to the game
The game may change: balancing, content, seasons. Some features require a connection. We do our best to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. If the service must end permanently, we will notify you in advance where possible.
14. Intellectual property
The game, its models, sounds and texts are protected. You have a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. All brands and motorcycles in the game are fictional.
15. Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. Ride or Wheelie is a game: never reproduce its stunts on public roads.
16. Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account from the game or on this page, which details the procedure and its conditions, including for a recent purchase. The account is erased after 30 days, during which you can still cancel. Any remaining coins and content are then lost.
17. Changes
If these terms change, we will inform you in the game before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can stop playing and delete your account.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protections of your country of residence. Please write to us first at support@avilostudio.com. The details of the consumer mediator will be provided here before purchases open.
